How to Book
Prices and availability.
Our gites are available throughout the year. Weekly stays are preferred in L’Herrison, for a shorter stay, we suggest L’Hibou with minimum rental 3 nights. We also take longer stays, for example whilst house purchasing, so please contact us to with your preferred dates and requirements and we will confirm availability. Payment is in euros € and prices are set out in the table below.
Our web prices are generally lower than those booked through our advertising sites however we reserve the right to routinely review our prices to reflect any change in pound/euro exchange rates.
Please note that we are required to charge an additional local tourist tax of 3% of your total holiday cost.

Booking
There is a 10% non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking to secure the dates with the balance paid 28 days before the arrival date.
Payment is via Bank Transfer. We will send details via email once your booking is confirmed.
Damage Deposit
There is a 100 € damage deposit payable on arrival. This is returned to you assuming there is no damage or breakages in the gite during your stay.
Cleaning charge
A cleaning charge of 30 euros will be deducted from the damage deposit if you are unable to leave the gite in a clean and tidy state.
Arrival /Departure
Arrival at the gite is between 15.00 and 19.00 hours. Departure must be by 10.00 hours on the departure date.
