Gite 2 L’Hibou (The owl)

L’Hibou is a self contained unit offering 46 square metres of self catering accommodation over 2 floors.
Approached by gravel path from the car parking, le Hibou nestles alongside the old barn on the north face of La Ganne. On the ground floor, french doors open from the shared guest garden into the kitchen/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,combination microwave grill oven and electric hob. The living area is simply furnished with dining table, sofa and satellite TV. There is a separate ground floor WC.
The stairs lead upto the mezzanine bedroom, with double bed, and newly appointed en-suite bathroom comprising walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Both gites share a secluded area of garden bordered by mature hedge and trees which provide shade in the heat of the day. Patio furniture and barbecue are provided to enable guests to enjoy al fresco living.
There is shared use of the 4.5 m x 10 m pool which is open throughout the summer and south facing terrace.
Bed linen, bath and T- towels and Wi Fi are all included.
La Ganne is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed in the gites.
